HOW DO I PAY? We accept PayPal and all major credit cards such as Amex, VISA and Mastercard.
INPUT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS: In case you have placed the order and realised the delivery address is wrong, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that change of delivery address is based on best effort. We will definitely assist to make change for you. However if the order is already delivered to the initial address, SMiB Singapore will not be liable for it.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Singapore Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 2-4 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled.
International Delivery: COVID-19 has severely impacted the international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions. Due to ongoing circuit breaker measures, your order will be processed within 1 working days. Delivery will take approximately 3-14 business days, between Monday – Friday. (Please note that unexpected circumstances might result in late deliveries beyond our control)
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FOR SINGAPORE? We are happy to share that we offer free shipping for purchase above SGD 49 for Singapore. A shipping charge of SGD 3.99 applies for purchase below SGD 49.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Our Shipping rate for Malaysia is SGD 10 flat rate. Shipping rate for outside Singapore & Malaysia please refer to "Shipping"
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE? Yes, absolutely! We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, you will be directed to PayPal's secured site for payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM? In the unfortunate event that you received a wrong item, please email us at and we will assist you accordingly.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY All our orders will shipped via registered mail with tracking numbers. Kindly note that only products purchased from www.smib.com.sg may be returned for exchange. All returns and replacement will have to be filed within 7 days from the date of receive. We will not assist for return and refund for unattempted failed delivery. For unattempted failed delivery, our delivery partner will make effort to deliver to you at least 3 attempts before parcel is returned back to us. We will assist with a refund or replacement if your order is lost or arrived damaged.
For Singapore orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for unattempted delivery, exchange and change of mind.
For overseas orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for overseas orders. For returns from countries outside Singapore, you are liable for the cost of postage. Please refer to "Shipping" for the shipping return cost.
