SMIB [스미브] is the first Scalp Health Solution brand in Singapore to introduce Coral Calcium into our range of products that helps to prevent hair loss, as well as pioneering the Plasma Technology into a portable device in Singapore. Our Plasma Scalp Massager are designed and manufactured originally in Korea. The two white ceramic parts release Plasma Technology into the device and the device has been tested on its efficiency.

Warranty Coverage: SMiB warranty covers the Plasma Scalp Massager for a period of six months from the date of purchase. The warranty is active as soon as you purchase your product and does not require any specific steps to activate it.

The warranty covers the repair for manufacturing defect at our discretion only. Warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of wear and tear, misuse (tampering, negligence, accident by dropping, lack of reasonable care, failure to observe operating instruction such as forget to switch off the massager when not in use), unauthorized repairs and alterations.

Local (Singapore) Warranty: In case you encounter any difficulties while using your massager, we recommend that you drop us an email at info@smib.com.sg  for any product enquiry / technical issues. Our Operating hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5pm.

  • Our team will provide troubleshooting tips to try and resolve issues over email or telephone.
  • Under product warranty, the Massager will be replaced in our Singapore office. To submit for a warranty claim, please email to info@smib.com.sg with your proof of purchase  (Invoice / Order number) and location of purchase.

International Warranty: International Warranty is only applicable for Massager purchased from SMiB Singapore official website at www.smib.com.sg

  • Should the product require repair/replacement, the warranty holder will bear the transportation fee, associated taxes, charges and related fees incurred for the product to reach SMiB Singapore office for service assessment.
  • Once repair/servicing is completed, SMiB Singapore team will contact the warranty holder and arrange to send the unit back to them. All transportation fee, associated taxes, charges and related fees incurred will be borne by the warranty holder.
