How do I create my SMiB account?

To create your account, go to our Sign-Up Page and and complete the registration form.

Once completed, you’ll receive an email from SMiB 스미브 titled “Get 500 Free SMiB VIP Coins after activating your account.”

Open that email and click the “Activate your account” button to confirm your registration.
After activation, 500 SMiB coins will automatically be credited to your account.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

How do I create and activate my SMiB account?

If you’ve just created your account but didn’t receive the activation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, visit the Login Page and click “Forgot your password?” to generate a new secure link.

What should I do if I forget or want to change my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or wish to change your password, go to our Login Page and click “Forgot your password?”.

Enter your registered email address and follow the steps to reset your password.

For security reasons, our team is unable to reset passwords on behalf of customers.

How can I update my personal details or shipping address on my account?

You can update your personal details by logging into your account:

  1. Go to: https://www.smib.com.sg/account/login
  2. Enter your email and password, then click “Sign In”
  3. Click “View Addresses”
  4. Select the address you wish to update and click “Edit”
