Payments are usually processed immediately. If you receive a 'Payment Failed' notification, please proceed to place a new order. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and delivery details.

We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for our deliveries as they are fulfilled by a third-party courier service.
Instead, we utilize Shoppay as our payment gateway. Shoppay is renowned for its security and reliability, making it one of the safest gateways for credit card payments globally. You can learn more about Shoppay here.
Rest assured, we prioritize the security of our customers' information. We do not store any credit card details and accept all major credit cards including debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

We are happy to share that we offer free shipping for purchase above SGD 49 for Singapore.
A shipping charge of SGD 3.99 applies for purchase below SGD 49.

we offer free shipping for purchases above RM 299.
For orders below RM 299, there is a flat shipping rate of SGD 10.

Singapore Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 2-4 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled.
Malaysia Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 2-8 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled.
International Delivery: Kindly note that orders placed 23:59 will take 4-14 business days during the non-sales period. Whereas during sales period it may prolong delivery time due to exceptional volume to be handled.
In case you have placed the order and realised the delivery address is wrong, please email us at info@smib.com.sg . Please note that change of delivery address is based on best effort. We will definitely assist to make change for you.
If the order has already been packed and dispatched, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Any changes to the delivery address at that stage may incur additional charges from the courier, which will be borne by the customer.

In the unfortunate event that you received a wrong item, please email us: info@smib.com.sg and we will get it right for you.
Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party companies and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery days and times.
This practice is standard across online platforms due to logistical considerations and varying delivery routes. Our delivery partners aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is closed on weekend Public Holidays.
Your orders will be processed the next working day.
We do not facilitate returns or refunds for unattempted failed deliveries. All our orders will shipped via registered mail with tracking numbers. Our delivery partner will make at least two attempts to deliver your parcel before it is returned to us. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery after two attempts, customers are responsible for arranging collection from our office or covering the re-delivery charges. We recommend customers ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
For incorrect items or change-of-mind returns:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, with packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
- Items purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete set.
- Items marked as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable are not eligible.
- A delivery fee will apply for change-of-mind returns.
For defective items:
We understand the item may have been opened. Please email us at info@smib.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order, along with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo or video of the affected item
For Singapore orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for unattempted delivery, exchange and change of mind. Customers are responsible for arranging collection from our office or covering the re-delivery charges of SGD 3.99 which applies.
For overseas orders SMiB Singapore will not cover any return shipping fee for overseas orders in the event of unattempted delivery, exchange and change of mind. For returns from countries outside Singapore, you are liable for the cost of postage. Please refer to "Shipping" for the shipping return cost.
Referencing your order number to info@smib.com.sg is essential so as to allow our team to facilitate faster processing for you.
Please note that due to the nature of our products due to hygenic reasons, all sales are final and we cannot offer return and refund.
